Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of airia.tv and any AIRIA website, application, content or related service that refers to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by AIRIA PTE LTD, a company registered in Singapore (“AIRIA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Our planned viewing platform is not yet available, and provisions concerning accounts, bookmarks, comments and streaming will apply when those features launch.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

3. Accounts

Certain future features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

We may reject, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, enforce these Terms or comply with law.

4. Permission to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, AIRIA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of any part of the Service or its content.

5. AIRIA content and intellectual property

The Service and its content—including dramas, video, audio, artwork, characters, scripts, text, graphics, logos, software and design—are owned by or licensed to AIRIA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless we give written permission, you may not copy, record, download, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, sell, license or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Comments and other user content

Future features may allow you to submit comments or other material (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant AIRIA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute it only as needed to operate, promote and improve the Service.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe another person’s rights or violate these Terms. We may moderate, restrict or remove User Content where we reasonably believe it is unlawful, harmful, infringing or otherwise unsuitable for the Service.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes;
  • harass others or submit hateful, threatening, obscene, defamatory or infringing material;
  • circumvent access controls, security measures or content protections;
  • scrape, harvest, copy or download content through automated means without our written permission;
  • introduce malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service; or
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.

8. Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party platforms, app stores, websites or services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. AIRIA does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service or any content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the current version will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or harm for AIRIA or others, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and dispute provisions—will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AIRIA disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. AIRIA’s liability is not limited where doing so would be unlawful.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with the Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer laws, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
